It was realized that the composition of the plant-based milk and the cow’s milk are different, and chemical composition analysis could better reveal these differences. It is also observed that rice milk is different from the others, tending to have dissimilar characteristics to other milk studied. Six samples of vegetable milk (soybeans, rice, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts and Brazil nuts) were prepared with Vegan Milk Machine (Viva Smart Nutrition, Polishop).
